Information we collect and use
When you opt in to SMS messages, we collect your name, phone number, and consent to receive messages. For contact inquiries, we also collect your email address and the information you include in your message. We keep a dated record of your texting choice. We use this information to operate our business, answer questions, provide customer support, and send the messages you agreed to receive.
Information sharing
Customer data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information-sharing provisions elsewhere in our policies exclude mobile opt-in and consent data.
Text messaging terms
Our program provides general customer care messages about housing inquiries and support from 855-747-4661. By opting in, you agree to these messaging terms.
- Frequency and fees: Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to the number sending you messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation text, then no further program messages. To rejoin, opt in again through the original signup method.
- Get help: Reply HELP or email info@sunshinehousingsanctuary.org.
- Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
